This beer was created to showcase the diversity of Brettanomyces. It ferments similar to traditional ale yeasts, but leaves behind gorgeous notes of pineapple and mango. Mosaic hops added at dryhop create that amazing citrus/blueberry aroma along with the pineapple-esque aroma from Brett.
