Columbus Craft Beer Week Collab

Dysfunctionale is a hoppy pale ale with 5.9 percent alcohol by volume. Brewers planned the beer via a survey and gathered April 8 to start the brewing process at Columbus Brewing Co.

The beer has a trio of malts donated by Brewers Supply Group including North American two-row barley, Gambrinus honey malt and Simpsons Golden Naked Oats.

The hops come from Washington-based YCH Hops, which donated both Ekuanot, which is a cryogenically separated lupulin powder that Corder was pretty excited to utilize. Platform Brewing Co. contributed some El Dorado hops.
