Ah yes, that time of year when pumpkin spiced everything dominates the storefront and every brewery throws up a wet hopped beer, because who doesnt love the pungent and earth flavors of fresh whole cone hops. Obviously we had to hop on this bandwagon, but we decided to do things a bit differently. Once we got our wet hops in, we took a brew soured with lactobacillus, then generously hopped it with those dank bushels of deliciousness. It’s a harvest beer, but kinda not.
