Barley’s MacLenny’s Scottish Ale $10/Growler (limit 1 per customer)
Scottish Ale is a lighter version of Scotch Ale, brewed for centuries in Scotland. MacLenny’s Scottish ale is a little different than many other examples of the style out there today. Barley’s theorized that if they turned on the brew kettle and heated it up before they sent the wort to the kettle, it might just caramelize. Well they were right. The result is delicious Scottish Ale with toffee undertones.
