Rhinegeist The Truth IPA $12/growler
No offense to Paul Pierce (or maybe offense, didn’t care much for his melodramatic “wheelchair game” shenanigans), but this beer is the real TRUTH. Brewed in Cincinnati and rarely making it to Columbus, it is an intensely hopped, dry IPA with Centennial, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops. We hop this at a rate of 3lbs/bbl to rev up peach, mango, and passionfruit notes.
