Phoenix Redemption IPA $12/growler
Recently named one of the top 5 single IPA’s in Ohio! Phoenix is from Mansfield and their flagship IPA pours a clear orange-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, toasted malt and a bit of pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste.
