Wolf’s Ridge Blood Moon Imperial Red IPA

This Red IPA uses more hops than any other Wolf’s Ridge beer to date. Deep garnet in color with bold aromatics of pine, cherry, and citrus fruit from a healthy dosing of El Dorado and Simcoe hops. The addition of lactose sugar lends a mild sweetness to the flavor, which balances out the aggressive bitterness underlying the juicy tropical fruit flavor.
