When a shipping mishap occurs with a planned wet hop, sometimes we have to pivot quickly. Thankfully our friends at CLS Farms (Moxee, WA) answered the bat-signal and immediately shipped us some glorious Chinook, which we paired with our house Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic to create another killer Wet Hop IPA.
