We brewed this strong, Belgian-style tripel with Dave Volkman, the hop grower at Ohio Valley Hops. Dave personally drove the fresh, whole-cone Vista hops to us on the brew day and helped us brew the beer. This beer is BIG, in flavor and in alcohol by volume. Please sip responsibly!
