Wolf’s Ridge – Butcher and the Wolf

A fun collab for Cleveland Beer Week – we worked with our friends at Butcher and the Brewer to come up with a beer that was experimental but offered a nice blend of harmonious flavors. Our red ale base was fermented with Wildflower honey and lightly hopped with Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Citra to give the beer notes of lemon and orange, which pair wonderfully with the red malt in the beer and the Bergamot infused English tea
